Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid courses, mentorship programs, and certification programs purchased via futurespex.com.
2. EU Digital Content & Distance Sales
Under EU law, digital course content may be exempt from standard 14-day withdrawal once access has begun or course materials have been downloaded.
3. Refunds for Instructor-Led Courses
Refund eligibility:
• 100% refund if cancellation is requested 14+ days before course start
• 50% refund if cancellation is requested 7–13 days before course start
• No refund if cancellation is requested under 7 days before course start
4. Refunds for Self-Paced Courses
Self-paced digital content is non-refundable once access is granted, unless legally required under consumer protection laws.
5. Cancellations by FutureSpex
If FutureSpex cancels a course, students may choose between:
• Full refund, or
• Enrollment in a future cohort at no additional cost
6. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend without cancellation does not qualify for refund.
7. Processing Times
Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days using the original payment method.
